For weddings and large corporate events, we recommend getting in touch at least 6 to 12 months in advance, particularly if you are planning a summer event — Bodrum's peak season runs from June through September and the best venues, boats and villas book up quickly.

For smaller gatherings, birthday parties and day events, 4 to 8 weeks is usually sufficient.

We take budget very seriously and challenge our vendors to provide the most competitive pricing without compromising on the standard our clients expect. Whether your budget is boutique or entirely open, we will always be transparent about costs and will never recommend something that does not represent genuine value for your occasion.

We do not have a fixed minimum spend, though we focus primarily on curated, quality-led experiences. For smaller enquiries such as a private dinner or day charter, our concierge team can assist. For full event planning, we will outline fees and any planning retainer during our initial conversation.

For summer events (June, July, August) we strongly recommend contacting us at least 3 to 6 months ahead — Bodrum's peak season is extremely busy and the best venues, villas and boats are reserved well in advance. For events in the shoulder season (May, September, October), 4 to 8 weeks lead time is often sufficient, though earlier is always better. We also take last-minute enquiries and will always do our best to make something exceptional happen.
